Call for Speakers

Call for speakers, WordCamp Fayetteville 2016

Speaking at WordCamp Fayetteville gives you a chance to share your knowledge, to give back to the community, to build authority, to meet new people, and to be part of something wonderful.

Everyone knows something that somebody else doesn’t know! Here’s some inspiration:

  • Tips and tricks for successful WordPress installations
  • Themes and plugins you know and love
  • Advanced topics in content, development, and design
  • Thoughts on usability
  • Problems and their solutions
  • Using a WordPress site for business or for nonprofits
  • Insights and inspiration for bloggers
  • Collaboration and support

What do you want to share with your fellow WordCampers this year?

What’s a good WordPress session?

WordCamp presentations need to have these qualities:

  • Directly relate to WordPress in some way
  • Have practical takeaways for the audience.

Apart from that, WordCamp is a chance to share and learn. WordCampers may be bloggers, entrepreneurs, business owners who use a WordPress site, students, professional WordPress developers, artists, web designers… anyone who uses WordPress or is thinking about doing so.

Please note that speaking is a volunteer contribution and you will receive your ticket free for WordCamp Fayetteville 2016. We cannot, however, provide travel stipends for out of town speakers.

Let us know your great WordCamp session idea!
